LONDON, UK, June 21, 2023: Cirium, the leader in aviation analytics, has signed up to the IATA 25by2025 global initiative, committed to making the aviation industry more gender balanced by 2025.
As part of the initiative, which is aiming to pave the way for fair recognition of female talent and providing more opportunities for women to thrive, Cirium has committed to reporting annually on key diversity metrics, as well as increase the number of women in senior positions and under-represented areas by 25%, or up to a minimum of 25% by 2025.
“We are delighted to have signed up to the IATA 25by2025 global initiative,” said Lizzie Law, Chief of Staff at Cirium. “The initiative firmly aligns with our core values as a business, and we are proud to champion female representation within the aviation industry.
We already have more than 25% female representation in our executive team, but there is more to do when it comes to looking at opportunities within the wider business. We have a dedicated diversity & inclusion working group that will ensure we not only meet the IATA goals, but hopefully exceed them by 2025.”

“25by2025 is helping to drive a very tangible change by addressing the gender balance within the aviation industry, said Jane Hoskisson, Director Talent, Learning, Engagement and Diversity at IATA.
We are pleased to see Cirium join 25by2025 and its commitment to make diversity and inclusion a business imperative.”
