Delta achieved an On-Time performance of 83.46% across 1.7 million annual flights, demonstrating its ability to navigate the challenges of modern air travel. This achievement reflects Delta’s commitment to providing reliable service, a key factor in delivering a positive passenger experience.

At a 2-day Delta LEAD 2025 Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, Cirium was invited to be part of the airlines’ 100th year centennial celebration and present the On-Time Performance awards.

The Delta LEAD 2025 annual conference convened over 7,000 leaders to collaborate on key 2025 objectives, fostering dialogue across departments and covering finance, operations, people, and customer experience.

Mike Malik, Chief Marketing Officer of Cirium, presented Delta’s award to Ed Bastian, CEO of Delta Air Lines and six frontline employees representing various departments in the company who make on time happen.
