Reed Business Information (RBI), part of the Risk & Business Analytics market segment of RELX and the parent company to Cirium, has announced today that it intends to divest its publishing activities and conferences in the aviation sector to DVV Media International Ltd. Terms were not disclosed.
This intended divestment does not include RBI’s aviation & air travel data, analytics and consultancy services which sit under the Cirium brand.
This decision reflects RBI’s continuing strategic priority of focusing on its data and analytics business.
